Do I need to fill out a waiver before services?

Yes, you must fill out a waiver before all services.

Is a deposit required for services?

Yes, a deposit is required for most services, or the service must be paid in full.

Can appointments be canceled?

Appointments can be canceled. If a deposit is not made and you miss an appointment, you must reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit. This is non-negotiable. If you reschedule 24 hours ahead of time, your deposit may roll over once. After the second reschedule, you will lose your deposit and will need to leave another deposit. We don't want you wasting your time, and especially not ours.

When will my product ship?

Products are shipped within 72 hours.

What should I do if I experience irritation or an allergic reaction to a product?

If you have any irritation or allergic reactions, please discontinue use. Please bring a full description of the ingredients in the product. Tranquil Body Lux is not responsible if you're allergic to something and try it out anyway.

What is your refund policy on products?

There are no refunds on lip products. Products will be shipped back if they need to be returned at the customer's cost. A refund on the product can be issued once the item is returned. All items must be returned to receive a full refund. Shipping refunds are not included.
